Ensuring Patient Safety

1. Requesting paperwork be filled out prior to arrival to minimize touch points

2. Having patients text or call upon arrival and waiting in the courtyard or their car before coming in to minimize wait time in communal spaces

3. Sneeze guards at front desks

4. All appointed patients will have temperature taken upon arrival

5. Protective masks/facial covers are worn by all patients and team members

6. All surfaces consistently disinfected with Pure & Clean. Pure & Clean approved by the EPA to kill bacteria and viruses, including COVID 19. This is done before and after each patient encounter

7. All frames disinfected with Pure & Clean after each try-on

8. All contact lenses direct shipped to each patient for FREE

9. Curbside pick-up available for all eyewear

10. Curbside frame adjustments available

11. Limiting one patient per family in the office. If a minor, accompanied by one adult.
